Description
D'Arcy Villa is a “small but perfectly formed” Caribbean cottage situated at Cap Estate within easy reach of an 18 hole championship golf course and a short drive to both Atlantic and Caribbean beaches.
You enter this recently refurbished house through a walkway, surrounded by bamboo and coconut palm trees, into an L-shaped, spacious living area. The living room is well equipped with comfortable chairs and cable TV and a Hi Fi system.
Large louver doors run the entire length of one wall in the living room and open out onto a high level patio overlooking the golf course and the Caribbean Sea. Here guests can relax in a Planter’s chair or enjoy the sunset whilst dining alfresco.
D'Arcy Villa's kitchen is modern and well equipped with a 6-hob gas cooker/oven, fridge, microwave, washing machine, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, blender and stylish crockery and glass ware. The kitchen opens onto a breakfast bar.
Downstairs are two air conditioned double bedrooms and two shower rooms. Bedroom 1 has two single beds, which can be made up as a King-sized bed, a walk-in closet with safe and ensuite shower room. Bedroom 2 has a Queen Size bed and an adjacent shower room. Both bedrooms open through glass sliding doors onto a small private terrace and from here to the swimming pool and sun deck.
The garden has been recently landscaped and is fully planted with tropical flowers and fruit trees.

Housekeeper - Marietta - Sunday to Friday (8:30 am to 3:30 pm)
Please note that housekeepers are not trained nannies and should not be expected to look after and/or babysit infants and children. If you do make babysitting arrangements with the staff, please be advised this is at your own risk.
