Description:

Gina Villa is an attractive property built in a Colorado "log cabin" style with a Caribbean flavor. The villa is located on a hillside of Becune Point, Cap Estate and enjoys constant breezes and lovely views of Cap Estate, the Martinique Channel and the French island of Martinique in the distance.
The Anse Becune sandy beach is a few minutes walk away from Gina Villa.

Gina Villa has an attractive pool area with loungers for your relaxation.

Upon entering Gina Villa, step into a large living area with a high vaulted ceiling and a spectacular view of the sea, Cap Estate and the nearby beach. The living area is a spacious 800 square feet with comfortable sofas and chairs. The dining area is separate and consists of a modern, fully equipped kitchen.

There is a mezzanine floor with a spacious TV area fully equipped with cable TV, DVD and video players and cassette and CD stereo.

Gina Villa houses three bedrooms, and both end suites enjoy spectacular views and open onto the patio. Bedroom 1 is spacious and consists of a California king size bed, ensuite bathroom (complete with His and Her cabinet space) with Jacuzzi and a unique indoor/outdoor garden rain shower.
Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed, walk in closet and ensuite shower room. This room also enjoys a wonderful view and direct access to the patio. Bedroom 3 also has a queen size bed, a walk in closet, a standing fan and ensuite shower room. An additional queen bed has been added in one of the queen suites. All the bedrooms have an alarm clock radio.

Villa Notes:
All airport transfers are coordinated by the Island Manager once bookings are confirmed. (These are at an additional charge and are not included in published rates.)

The resident watchman/pool/garden and general maintenance man has his own apartment on the property and is there to assist all guests if they have any questions. There is a separate laundry room for the housekeeper with a washer and dryer. The access road to the villa is rough in some areas, so jeep rental is recommended.

There is a minimum of 2 weeks (14 nights) during Christmas/New Years season with a 10% supplement (please inquire). For all bookings 21 nights and longer, a 10% reduction is taken off all rates. Please inquire if booking during annual Jazz Festival (5-night minimum + 10% supplement).

Gina Villa is better suited for couples and is not recommended for families with children under 12 years.

Please be advised that guests typically tip staff approximately $25-$50 per individual guest per week (divided between staff members).
