Gina Villa is simply the best! Visited: July 2006 Posted by sbodnarderen We stayed at Gina Villa this past July (2006), and it was, by far, the most wonderful vacation we have ever had. The villa was perfect, as were the owners, Cosmas and Gina. Cosmas and Gina did everything to make our vacation carefree and simply enjoyable. All of the activities they recommended, and subsequently arranged, were fabulous. Ben and Merlyn (villa staff and all-around great people) made our perfect vacation even more perfect. We learned so much about the special island of St. Lucia, its people, and its history. The Villa was exquisitely furnished, and the views from every room were breathtaking. It had a lovely pool, and a walk to a beautiful Caribbean beach. Pigeon Island (also within walking distance) was a must see. They had great walking, beaches, history and a lovely restaurant. Cosmas, Gina and Denise (island manager) arranged a dive trip for us with Dive Fair Helen, in Marigot. It was a day that our family of seven will never forget. The following day, we went on a land/sea tour of the rainforest. We ate freshly picked fruit (the fruit in the states cannot compare), we had a delicious lunch at a former plantation, and enjoyed a catamaran trip back to Rodney Bay. Everyone we met in St. Lucia was welcoming and warm. We will definitely be back. Gina Villa - and everyone affiliated with Gina Villa - were simply the best.
