Maria Cove Villa is one of an up market group of four villas situated in the residential area of Trouya in a fully landscaped garden and 165 yards walk from Trouya beach, with its long white sand expanse and gentle waves. The area of Trouya is a ten minute drive from Rodney Bay with its wide assortment of restaurants, bars and duty-free shopping and about a fifteen minute drive away from Castries, the capital of St. Lucia. Situated a short drive from Trouya is a wide selection of restaurants that are worth a visit.

You enter the villa into a sitting room equipped with cablevision TV and a DVD player. The sitting room opens onto an extensive patio with a pool. (The pool terrace is equipped with loungers and a dining table for alfresco dining.)

Also opening onto the patio is a double bedroom with an ensuite shower room. This room has two single beds - it is air conditioned and also has a ceiling fan, wall safe and TV with cablevision.

The ground floor is completed by a well equipped, modern kitchen and a guest washroom.

Upstairs is another air-conditioned, double bedroom which opens out onto a private patio with a great sea view and the island of Martinique in the distance. This room also has an ensuite shower room. It is furnished with a queen size bed, ceiling fan, wall safe and TV with cablevision.

There is a small car port and a laundry room with a washing machine. A barbeque is also available for guests' use.
