Fond Bay Suites and Villa, located on the East coast overlooking Fond Bay Beach and the Atlantic Ocean, is approximately 15 minutes from Hewanorra. Located in the Escap Development, guests may walk or drive to the spectacular mile long natural secluded Fond Bay beach. Other attractions located nearby include: waterfalls, rivers, rain forests and numerous hiking trails. This is ideal for adults who are looking for a quiet vacation in a secluded setting away from the nightclub scene and commercialized tourist areas. There is no restaurant on site, but there are several restaurants and supermarkets within a 5 15 minutes' drive. The property is not equipped with telephones, so guests are advised to bring their cell phones if necessary.

Fond Bay Suites and Villas offers spacious accommodations for the self catering guest. All accommodations have a start up assortment of dry goods, which guests are welcome to use for a fee. The self contained suites offer an ocean view with patio, air conditioning and/or ceiling fans, cable television, private terraces and daily maid service.

The 3,500 square foot luxury villa features three bedrooms, large terraced private ocean view, gazebo, sundeck, exotic flower gardens, fully equipped kitchen with Viking stove and stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and 52" HD cable television. The villas have no air conditioning, but constant, cooling trade winds along with ceiling fans keep the house comfortable year round. Complimentary wireless Internet access is available in all parts of the resort. Daily maid/cook service is included.
