Q: la habitacion on the french side. is it open this christmas? Answer

A: Le Meridien L'Habitation
Le Meridien pulled out of St Martin 25 months ago and the property has been bought by Radisson. It is currently closed and there are plans to renovate. I say plans as it has been closed over a year and they have not even started the renovations to date. A lovely long Caribbean story!

Le Meridien Le Domaine
Located next door to L'Habitation - Le Meridien ended the management contract with this property about 3 years ago and it is now open as a luxury independent hotel with an excellent restaurant . Its a 5 mins walk to the hotel from the villa.
