Description
This spacious three bedroom, three bath villa sits high on a hill overlooking the blue Caribbean Sea. Located in Pelican Key Estates, Aqua Breeze is a villa perfectly suited for one to three couples.
As you enter the large living and dining area you are greeted by views of the sea through sliding glass doors that open to the pool area. The living area has high cathedral ceilings with rattan furnishings and cable television, VCR and stereo with CD player. The dining area boasts a large circular teak table imported from Indonesia with seating for six. There is a breakfast bar adjacent to the fully applianced kitchen. The open concept kitchen has wooden cabinetry accented with deep blue tiles on the counter tops as well as new appliances.
On opposite sides of the living and dining areas are two of the three bedrooms. Each has a king size teak bed and private tiled bathroom with shower. Both bedrooms also open out to the pool deck through sliding glass doors.
An outdoor covered dining area is adjoined by a wet bar with its own sink and mini-fridge, convenient for cocktails poolside. Teak lounge chairs with colorful cushions surround the ample size pool and make for relaxing spots to sunbathe or enjoy the beautiful sunsets in the evening.
The third bedroom is an outdoor entry bedroom from the pool deck and also has a teak and rattan king size bed and private bath. All of the bedrooms have air-conditioning for your comfort. Aqua Breeze is just a short drive to beaches, shopping, restaurants and more.
Villa Note:
Wireless Internet is available in the villa however. as with all utilities internet service is subject to interruption at anytime; wireless connections may not be available in all areas of the villa but confined to one area of the house. You must bring your own laptop computer.
