Description:
This charming villa is located in a private residential area of Oyster Pond Estates on the border between the French and Dutch sides. The home sets high on a hillside offering wonderful views of the Atlantic Ocean and Oyster Bay below.
This finely appointed house has three air-conditioned bedrooms each with their own bath. There is a large, fully applianced kitchen off a spacious living and dining area.
Through sliders in the living room you walk out onto a covered deck that has room for outdoor dining. Adjacent to the covered area is a pool with surrounding deck for sunning.
Arcadia is 15 minutes from Philipsburg, the Dutch capital, and 10 minutes from Orient Beach, perhaps the islands finest. Arcadia is a wonderful home for families.
Wireless Internet is available in the villa, however the connections may not be available in all areas of the villa but confined to one area of the house; as with all utilities the internet service is subject to interruption at anytime. You must bring your own laptop computer.
