*Good resort, not to honest manager* Visited: April 2005

	I stay from April25 to April 30 and was very satisfied with the resort. I wrote a very good review and later I noticed I left in my room 5207, a battery and a battery charger for my camcorder. When I called in May 1 they located the items. I offered to pay for the shipping to Puerto Rico in any way they please. They agreed to send the items but now are reluctant to do it. Today May 11 after several (7) international calls my impression is that Jack the manager want to keep my items. SOMEONE HELP ME. What can I do?

	Caranvanserai saved our vacation after a two-day nigthmare at another resort. The personnel was flexible and looked for ways to satisfy our particular needs. The facilities were very good, and the location was perfect. We enjoyed spectacular sunsets from our room and balcony! Also, it was close to the airport and to three beautiful beaches - Maho Bay, Mullet Bay and Cupecoy. We will definitely return.
