	We used to go to Fathoms, it is a new restaurant and so far has been the best for his food and the convination of music and relaxing costumers. THERE WILL BE ONLY ONE BUT...... personel.... We also visit Pineapple Pete and Bajazu a lot.... onbelivelbe... how is it possible that bajazu and Pineapple pete are aware of the most important thing ever in a service environment... PERSONEL. Fathom unfortunatelly choose for cheap personel this would be a nice restaurant for one or two years and then like all of the restaurants in St. Maarten, will die... PEOPLE GOES OUT TO ENJOY AND NOT TO BE TREARTING LIKE GARBAGE.... St. Maarten is well known for doing this... Service is the less important of a local person... they will always heat turist... I WILL LIKE TO KNOW WHY?? at the end,turist pay their salary.. why then not been servicial???? Will keep on going to Fathoms as the barman is 100% cool guy.... but if I could avoid all the other personel, it will be much more better.

	This is the third time that we have seen this show (and not the last) absolutley fantastic !!! The place rocks with laughter and the food is great..... Be warned...reserve early since they are full to capacity every Friday.....

	Whoever wrote the review about "Jamaican food made by Chinese,What" is an idiot. I am from St Maarten and I know the owners & cooks well. They were all born and raised in Jamaica. Including the "Chinese Look alikes" The food is as genuine Jamaican cuisine as it can get. And it's D@#n Good

	The atmosphere and bar are the highlights of this new restaurant. The menu is very expensive for what you get. Tourist trap! Beware
