A: The villas in Jolly Harbour in Antigua are on the water and most have moorings in front of the property.

A: ST Martin has lovely hotels on the lagoon with rooms right at the water's edge. Be sure to look at what is available there. Nice calm beaches on the saltwater lagooon. Walk accross the street to the ocean beach on the other side of the road. Look for Simpson Bay Hotels.

A: I do not know if any Caribbean hotels or villas that are built over the water. Those are in the South Pacific (Fiji) where the water is calm and tides are not an issue. The artists renderings for the new "O" resort in Turks and Caicos has some over water properties, but those are still just ideas.
