Q: This is my second question. I and my wife are planning on our 25th wedding anniv and staying at the flamingo .. Are there two different Flamingo resorts? I seem to be seeing information on two different places in St. Marteen. Alos how do you rate this resort and how is the pool? We have never left the USA so am very excited. I also need to make flight reservations from Detroit. Any suggestions on airlines? Resort is from Sun to Sun. THANKYOU!!! Steve Answer

A: Flamingo Beach Resort is in the heart of St. Maarten with lots of activity nearby. There is only one property by this name and it is located at Pelican Key, near Phillipsburg, the capital. The beach has soft white sand and mostly calm waters, the pool is large and staff is accommodating. Great restaurant too.
Check Delta and Spirit airlines for good airfares and schedules.
