Gianna - St. Martin/St. Maarten

Gianna is a beautiful, newly completed waterfront villa overlooking Dawn beach, one of the island's finest. It has a fantastic sea view and beautiful sunrises can be seen from the deck. 

This split level two bedroom, two and a half bath home offers king size mahogany beds in each bedroom with private custom bathrooms with showers. On the lower level, each bedroom has a French door that opens out to a private deck overlooking the beach and sea. From the private decks of each bedroom you can walk down a half flight of stairs to a larger sundeck just above the water.

The upper level has a stunning view from the living, dining and kitchen areas. The custom kitchen has all modern stainless steel appliances and bright blue tile that compliments the white shutter cabinet doors. The spacious living and dining area are truly indoor/outdoor. Nearly the entire wall of the villa facing the pool and sea is made of sliding glass doors that open almost the entire length of the wall creating spectacular views from everywhere on the upper level. A separate seating area for watching television is tucked behind the main living room. The interior is furnished entirely with rattan and mahogany hand made furniture imported from Indonsesia.

The pool deck has seating for four people on teak loungers with stunning views of the sea and Dawn Beach. Gianna is a perfect place to relax and enjoy your Caribbean holiday. Gianna can also be rented with Bell'mare (located right next door) for larger groups requiring 4 or 5 bedrooms total.

A perfect house for couples or families.  Dawn beach is one of the nicest beaches on the island and Gianna is one of only two villas with beach access.

Additional amenities:
Blender, Toaster, Coffee maker, BBQ gas grill, 110 voltage (North American); Washer & dryer are not available for use by renters. The housekeeper will do your personal laundry for a small fee.

Villa Notes:
Wireless Internet is available in the villa, however the connections may not be available in all areas of the villa but confined to one area of the house; as with all utilities the internet service is subject to interruption at anytime. You must bring your own laptop computer.

Ipod docking stations are available in the villa upon request. Please let your WhereToStay.com villa consultant know in advance of your stay if you would like to have one delivered to the villa for use during your stay.
