Guests are greeted at the airport arrivals exit by the local villa management company representative with a printed sign containing the guest name. They are accompanied to retrieve their rental car, then guided to the villa. If guests wish to have cars delivered to the villa, they will be met at the airport by the villa rep and will follow the rep to the villa in a taxi. ($40 charge for taxi.) |

Description
Alexina's Dream Villa is located on sloping land over looking beautiful Happy Bay and the Bay of Grand Case. A paved footpath leads directly from the villa down to peaceful Happy Bay beach and joins the public footpath over to the more commercialized Friar's Bay Beach.
This luxurious 5000 square foot villa offers generous Caribbean Sea and Anguilla views, an equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and a formal dining area, cathedral ceilings and all the modern conveniences of a North American home.
Each of the four bedrooms feature superior bedding & linens and have en suite bathrooms. Three bedrooms-all interconnected with interior as well as exterior access-lead directly to the shaded wrap-around terrace with the 4th bedroom suite on the lower level complete with separate entrance, fitted kitchen & living area and leading directly on to the pool terrace.
The infinity pool features a cascade from the tub above (not a hot tub) and is graced by a gazebo shaded outdoor dining and BBQ area.

Wine refrigerator, fine quality dinner & glass ware, living room with 40" flat screen satellite TV/DVD and superior stereo with indoor/outdoor speaker system, WIFI, a unique galleried mezzanine leading to a sun drench private terrace; gas BBQ; The fitness room is off the pool terrace and offers stunning views of Happy Bay and Anguilla. It is not air-conditioned but a mobile fan can be used if necessary.
