Guests are greeted at the airport arrivals exit by the local villa management company representative with a printed sign containing the guest name. They are accompanied to retrieve their rental car, then guided to the villa. If guests wish to have cars delivered to the villa, they will be met at the airport by the villa rep and will follow the rep to the villa in a taxi. ($40 charge for taxi.) |

Description
Happy Bay Villa is a truly fabulous 4-bedroom property located on the northern coast of the island and within walking distance of Friar's Bay and the beautifully secluded beach of Happy Bay. The villa has a superb unobstructed view of the ocean from the infinity-edge pool and beautiful sun deck and gazebo.
The interior of Happy Bay Villa includes a large living room/dining area and a gourmet kitchen--all opening out to the pool deck. Also inside lies a media room with large flat screen TV. Each of the 4 spacious bedrooms has a fabulous ocean view from large French windows opening out to the pool terrace, a king sized bed and a beautiful contemporary bathroom with open shower. (The master bath also has a tub.)
Happy Bay villa is 5 minutes from Grand-Case Gourmet Capital of the Caribbean and 25 minutes from the airport.

The house inside is 2475 sq feet with an additional 1504 feet of covered terraces. Safes in each bedroom.
Villa Happy Bay 2-bedroom reservations: Guests can choose rooms 1 and 2 or rooms 1 and 4
Villa Happy Bay 3-bedroom reservations: Guests can choose rooms 1, 2 and 3 or rooms 1, 2 and 4.
The washer and dryer are not available for use by guests. On request, the housekeeper can do your personal laundry for a small fee.
