Amazing!!! Visited: March 2009 |

| There are new owners as of two years ago. The house has been completely redone! We stayed for 10 days and to say that it was paradise is an understatement. The villa is so incredibly luxurious. The owners have amazing taste. Everything is just so beautiful. We are never renting a different villa. We hope to stay at La Dacha during all future vists to the island. | |

| I spent a week in the villa and loved it. It was well kept and very comfortable. The view was great, the pool was great, and the caretakers were wonderful! We usually never stay put while on vacation, but couldn't help to want to just "hang around the house" while we were here. Le Mas Caraibes is highly recommended. |

Ours was a wonderfully relaxing honeymoon. Visited: June 2009 |

| After a year and a half planning for our wedding, it was over in a flash. But we still had the honeymoon. Upon arriving at our villa, we met Olga. She was very sweet and accommodating. She showed us around the villa and where everything was. The view was just gorgeous, and the pool was our own sanctuary. The kitchen was well equipped and even had an ice machine. The living room was relaxing and had a nice TV. A small problem with the cable remote not working was handled by simply walking up to the dish box and manually changing the stations. The bedroom had an air conditioner, which was nice for sleeping. The bed was comfy, but the pillows were a bit harder than what we were used to. Internet service was great, and we were able to use the sky phone to call home. Overall, the villa was great. It was just what we needed to spend time with and enjoy each other. |

| This time we came here twice, and the food was fantastic. It is more than a steakhouse. | |

I was satisfied with my stay at Lune de Miel Villa. Visited: April 2009 |

| This was a fabulous villa. I had a wonderful stay. It would very difficult to find fault with any aspect of this superb setting and designed villa for a couple. Sadly, there was construction next door. Once we remained in the Villa during the day, the noise and reduced privacy was not good. |

Great house Visited: February 2009 |

| Great house, very large common space which worked out wonderfully for our family of adult children and their spouses. Walking on the beautiful beach was a work-out, mushy sand. Swimming was a bit tricky, quite large swells and rough coral made access directly in front of the house difficult. | |

My planned New Year Eve celebration turned into a nightmare. Visited: January 2009 |
|

| I was excited to go to St. Martin for New Years Eve. I booked the most expensive hotel on the island, La Samanna. I paid in advance for a New Years Eve party, and planned to spend it with my sister, who was supposed to come and join me from Russia. The nightmare started when the immigration at the St. Martin airport somehow lost her passport. Because they took it to check on something, and after that, they came back without it pretending that they never saw it. The girl was seated back on the plane, to fly back nine hours to Paris - after eight hours flying to the island. No one from the hotel for (which I paid $2,000 a night for New Years Eve and $1,000 a night for another ten days) came to help me solve the problem with my sister. Only one manager came when my sister was already on the plane flying back to Paris. One taxi driver told me that it happens sometimes, and that there are problems with immigration on the island. I don't understand why they took her passport, pretending that they lost it. I had to fly to Paris, spending money on the ticket (plus meeting New Year 2009 on the plane), because my sister had to stay in Paris for six days to go to Russian Consulate to get a new passport. I stayed in Paris for six days in a hotel - plus had spent the money for La Samanna that was not refundable. I came back to the island after six days in Paris to finish three days of vacation left. I asked staff of the hotel to give my money back from the New Years Eve party, at least. I got a vary shocking answer that I paid and signed the agreement so they would not give me anything back except they took 50% off my last night. I think they should control what is going on at the airport, where people come for prepaid vacations. It could happen to anyone if it happened to my sister. |

We enjoyed our vacation in Paradise. Visited: February 2008 |

| Our vacation began at the St. Martin airport, where we were met by a friendly agent who drove us the short ride to the private enclave where the double-gated villa is located in Terres Basses. The curving driveway was lined with beautiful flowering hedges and different types of palm trees. There was a beautiful towering bronze fountain outside the front gates, too. When we walked through, the view took our breath away. We could see the pool, the lagoon, the Dutch side of the island, and the Caribbean! The two-story master bedroom was exquisite, and had its own private pool - as well as a well-equipped office. There was the library and living room with a hugh plasma TV with stereo surround sound. There was also a state of the art kitchen, and three guest bedrooms. All these buildings were connected by bridges and pergolas. Also, all the bedrooms had their own private patios. There was so much to see and do. The villa was very close to Marigot and all the wonderful restaurants. It was also close to many beaches, and had its own access to the marina. And on the Dutch side, the casino was close - as well as all those terrific shops for jewelry, cameras, etc. The island golf course was also close. We had a wonderful time, and will be back again. |

Lovely.... Visited: December 2008 |

| This is a lovely villa with fabulous views; serene and spacious exterior allows six people to have both their own space as well as opportunity to be together. Pool is gorgeous! Loved the new "lazy Susan" outdoor table. Bedrooms are very comfortable and baths relatively luxurious. Unfortunately, the kitchen lacks ventilation once the sun goes down; a/c or at least a fan, would be most helpful. Also, a more stationary living room couch would be a major improvement. Additional utensils such as a paring knife, lobster crackers, etc. would be useful. Housekeeper is lovely and staff very helpful. How fortunate to have this experience. |

| La Favorita is a great addition to the island of St. Martin/St. Maarten. If only the rest of the island was as beautiful! Stay at the villa, and relax and enjoy St. Martin from afar. |

| We can't say enough about how relaxing our visit was. The accommodations were pristine, and the location was incredibly private. You can't do better than to be on the beach with a great pool, full privacy yet accessibility. We couldn't have chosen better. |

This was an excellent honeymoon spot. Visited: June 2008 |

| We were very satisfied with our experience here. On arrival, everything was clean, the pool sparkled, and the fridge was stocked. The privacy and seclusion were excellent. The proximity to beaches and food was convenient, too. Nearby Baie Rouge was five minutes by car, and offered a tranquil day on the beach with good food and good drinks. The staff's recommendations for food, snorkeling, etc. were more than helpful. Having spoken to other travelers on the island, and looking at other properties, we have only increased our confidence that Villa Harmony was a great find! |

What a great place! Visited: May 2007 |

| My husband and I got married on St. Maarten in May '07. We had our honeymoon here as well. We stayed at Sol e Luna. This place was beautiful. Every room had a different vibrant color, and was very clean. We were very happy with our decision to stay here. This was my fourth visit to the island, but my first in a Villa in Terres Basses. It's a secluded part with pretty views. I recommend Sol e Luna for everyone; honeymooners, groups or families. There was plenty of room, and lots of great amenities. The only thing I was a little thrown by was that the maid came every day to clean up - and also to feed the dog on the premises. We were on our honeymooon, and we wanted full privacy, so I told her we didn't want her to come until we left. She spoke very little English, so it was hard to communicate -- but we figured it out. She asked me who would feed the dog -- and I said -- "Dog? There's a dog here?". I told her I could feed the dog - which to me was no problem, I love animals. However, my husband is not much of a dog person. I would've let the dog out of the cage so he could run in the fenced in backyard, but my husband didn't want to. The dog was very friendly and didn't bother me. That was really the only thing that threw me off. It was never mentioned there was a dog. What would I have done if I was afraid or allergic to dogs? Then I would have to had the maid come every day to feed it, and my private honeymoon would have been ruined. |
