Q: I plan to stay in Bequia Island I am looking for recommendation on how to get to Grenadines Islands from Martinique Island. Is there any direct ferry/boat ? How often ? and how much ?
Then, to move around the Grenadines Islands, is it possible to take a boat to do a 1 day excursion in the neighboring islands ?

There seem to be quite a few options for yacht charters between the two. And regarding Day Trips, see this site re. different ways to explore the neighboring islands from one of Palm Island's boats (info on snorkeling, fishing, cruise options, day tours, sunset trips, etc:
