Q: Can anyone advise me on a nice Hotel in Trinidad with rooms available to book for a Party Group of 30+ during 2008 Carnival. Answer

A: Hmm. I would suggest you try Hilton Tobago or Kapok Hotel. They both have some banquet facilities.
