It was paradise! Visited: April 2008 Posted by toddncarrie47 Mom's Bed & Breakfast is my favorite place I have ever stayed. The property and views were unimaginable. The pool was a lovely place to relax after a day at Englishman's Bay. Mom and Pop were lovely and lively folks and boy, could Mom cook! Breakfast was awesome. Max, the dog, will warm your heart. The place was immaculately clean. I want to go back for a family reunion. If you don't stay here, you have officially lost your mind! Visited: September 2003 Posted by gerryparry A friend and I were lucky enough to be the only residents at this small family bed breakfast for six days of absolute bliss in September 2003. The location was fabulous if you want to get truly away from it all. We had views of the Caribbean Sea on one side and the bush on the other - with fantastic dawn and evening choruses from the resident cocricos, parrots and yellowtails. Mom and Pop took great care of us - everything from providing breakfast on the veranda to taking us on a hike to a local waterfall. Nothing was too much trouble, and the rooms were extremely comfortable. Imagine waking up and opening your door to a beautiful view of the Caribbean Sea. It was quiet, peaceful, and secluded. The house itself was absolutely beautiful and, most importantly, very comfortable. It was close to the beach, yet had its own pool so you could enjoy the utmost in privacy. Visited: June 2001 Posted by 305mama My wife and I have stayed at Mom's on three occasions, June of 98, June of 99, and most recently in June of 2001. The grounds are beatiful and meticulously maintained, as is the house and pool area. The food is fantastic and is always on schedule. Mom's attention to detail is evident everywhere - even the smallest detail is well thought out. The shaded walkway and breezeway provide relief from the sun and heat when so desired. Sleeping is very comfortable due to the way the rooms are ventilated. Even though air conditioning is available, we have not found it necessary to use it in any of our visits. The view and location are perfect, with the short walk to Englishman's Bay a treat for snorkling and swimming. On most days, one can have the whole postcard perfect scene to one's self.
