It was comfortable but impersonal. Visited: February 2009 Posted by customerreview My experience at the Hyatt was a comfortable one, except for the shower arrangements and the fact that there was no balcony. The price of the breakfast was also very expensive for just toast and jam. The water pressure was low during my companion and my baths. The staff is top notch, and very helpful. We had a room on the 17th floor overlooking the bay. We were greeted with complimentary chocolates and water the first night. This is a great corporate hotel. Visited: May 2008 Posted by delly_jm They have wonderful staff - they open doors and treat you well. They also provide complementary newspapers from all over the world. The beds are comfortable, they offer wall-mounted plasmas, and have chocolate in the room. The shower concept is interesting - not what i'm used to, but it could work. I wasn't sharing the room.
