This was a good and pleasant place to stay. Visited: April 2005 |

I stayed in this hotel with two friends. Triple rooms were available at reasonable price. The view over the ocean was awesome.
Housekeeping was very well dealt with. Cabanas were kept clean each day, the beds were made, and we received clean towels.
Tobagan people, in general, were very polite and helpful. They were not pushy. So was the staff in this hotel.
The pool facility and bar were okay.
The food in the restaurant was good, but not excellent. But there were enough eating-out possibilities not far from the hotel (15-minute drive by car maximum).
I would surely recommend this hotel to guests on Tobago. |

My wife and I stayed at the Crown Point Beach Hotel for four nights and I must say the cabana was clean and well kept.
The grounds were beautiful, the restaurant was excellent, the pool was clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly. We were also close to the beach and numerous local food stands that were very good and inexpensive. In addition, we were within walking distance of the airport and there was no noticable noise.
We would surely stay here again. |

We found the Crown Point Beach Hotel to be a very pleasant facility with terrific access to a great beach, private grounds away from the relatively busy Crown Point area, and a good restaurant.
Complimentary internet access in the registration area was nice. As with everywhere we went in Tobago, the service and the people were friendly and efficient.
The rooms and cabanas (we had a cabana) were aging but have been generally well kept up. Given the rates charged (compared with a Coco Reef or Hilton resort), we believe the CPBH was good value for money and would certainly stay here again and recommend it to friends. |

We had to seek alternate accommodation after finding the rooms on offer at another resort to be unacceptable and one unsafe with the smell of gas. The people at Crown Point were very helpful and, although we had to change rooms half way through our stay, it was done to no hassle.
The room was very pleasant and the view was breathtaking. I must agree with a previous reviewer, though, that the pool needed some work.
But generally, our stay at Crown Point made up for the bad start at the other resort. |

This is a wonderful place to stay. The staff is friendly and inviting and cannot do enough for you. The hotel is clean, set in a beautiful landscape and is within walking distance of the airport and the best beach in Tobago. It also has one of the best restaurants on the island.
We enjoyed our stay immensely and intend to go back as soon as possible. |

This hotel was not meant to be my original destination as I was on a Christmas visit to Trinidad with my five-year-old son. I needed a stop-over hotel in Tobago and decided to spend four nights at Crown Point Hotel.
It was a pleasant surprise as I did not realize I would be so near the beach and airport. Also, the view from my room was like one you would find on a postcard.
I thought the accommodation was not only beautiful, but family-friendly. My son enjoyed the attention of the staff, the ice cream at the poolside bar and, of course, the beach and swimming pool.
I enjoyed the peace and quiet, and both my son and I loved the breakfast. But my only complaint would be evening meals. They were a let down compared to breakfast (the kids menu looked good, though). The fruit punch was quite impressive as well.
I am hoping to return later this year now that I know what I am in for. |

We have visited Tobago 3 times in the last 6 months, and so far we have spent 10 weeks here out of 25. It is a beautiful island and the Crown Point Beach Hotel is in a beautiful and ideal location to enjoy the island.
However, the pool appears to be getting a little shabby around the edges, and not all of the hotel staff adopts the same friendly attitude as the rest of their island - especially the security guards.
However, we did have a thoroughly enjoyable trip and if we came again we would probably look into the Crown Point Beach Hotel. |

Crown Point Beach Hotel is an ideal place for families. It is reasonably priced and has got a nice restaurant where you can watch the hummingbirds during breakfast. Only a few meters away there is Store Bay, a nice sandy beach where you’ll also find a lot of locals and people from Trinidad. |

We only spent two days in Tobago and chose to stay at Crown Point.
Our stay, although short, was relaxing thanks to staff. The one thing we enjoyed the most was the restaurant...wow. I recommend the Lobster Theredor. It was the best item on the menu.
I am looking forward to going to Tobago again. |

Crown point was a very reasonably priced luxurious hotel. The staff were accommodating and always pleasant. We actually found Crown Point by accident. Boy, are we glad accidents happen. We will be referring this hotel to all of our friends!! |

| The reasonably priced Crown Point Beach Hotel is so close to the airport you could walk if you didn't have much luggage! At one end of Store Bay, this two-story complex features 24 one-bedroom units, 33 studio units, and 18 cabanas scattered over seven landscaped acres. All units... |
