| Earlier this year my husband, son and I travelled to Tobago to stay in a beautiful, family run apartment called Castara Cottage. This was our second visit to Castara Cottage and we weren't disappointed. We stayed in the same Cinnamon apartment which felt like home. It was spacious, clean and had all the amenities we needed, with a bonus of an additional outdoor shower. Wildlife is all around you and our son thoroughly enjoyed trying to catch the ghekos and feed the brightly coloured birds that visited us on our porch. The manager, Brigette, was friendly, approachable and always available during the day if needed. She would also come in a couple of times a week to change the bedding, lay out fresh towels, etc... This of course helped make our stay more pleasant. Because of its extremely close proximity to 2 beaches our son was never out of the water. The locals are very friendly and engaging with some great local knowledge. There were many activities for us to do. One of our favourites was a fishing trip we went on. We set out from morning, fished, snorkled and took in the amazing sights. The highlight of that trip was eating lunch on a beautiful beach where we got to feed a sting-ray. On another occasion we got to see giant turtles laying their eggs. If, like us, you like nature you will understand how exciting that was for us. The local cuisine was mouth-watering and very affordable and even though we had the facilities to cook we found ourselves eating out a lot of the time. Overall we gave this holiday experience 5* for its homely, friendly, non complicated, easy going surroundings and will definitely be booking a return trip. |

I had a wonderful stay! |

| I extended my recent stay at Sadila House because the courtesies extended to me by the owner and his wife (not to mention the clean comfortable rooms and ease of access to major routes) surpassed my expectations. Just to give you an idea of the extraordinary measures to make my stay safe and convenient: the owner voluntarily rose early in the morning (4:00 am) to take me to Port of Spain to catch the early ferry to Tobago. On all occassions, my many requests and inquiries were quickly attended to. I stayed at Sadila House for nine days when the original plan was for two. "A home away from home" is a very apt way to describe my stay, and I wholeheartedly recommend this gem of a place to all my fellow travelers. |

I had a bad experience with the front desk staff. |

| The front desk staff at Sandy Point was like sour grapes! I have had a similar experience, and I will never be staying here again. The female mananger at the time was a waste of time to talk to, and seemed to have more attitude than anything else! |

| I went over from Trinidad for a little getaway with my girlfriend, and we didn't want to leave! The rooms were cleaned every day, they had a lovely pool, and anything you would need was right across the street! I will be making this visit an annual event. |
