Q: Trying to plan a week stay next Feb.2009. Is there good snorkeling from shore (maybe even Smith's Reef)? Thinking about staying at Beaches for the kids. Never done an all-inclusive trip before and would like to see how it is. Really would like to be able to walk out of hotel and snorkel whenever we want. Any suggestions? Anyone been to Aruba to compare the snorkeling to T&P?

Q: My mother is 85 and has never been to the Carribean. Many have recommended Turks and Caicos over Bermuda as there are far more resorts or villas that are beachfront. I suspect September and October aren't as hot. Perhaps, there isn't one answer to this question, but when is the best time to travel there for best weather and price? Can you recommend a resort, villa or B and B with my mother in mind?
