Q: I am relocating to T&C and am curious about the apartment/condo rentals for full time residents like I will be soon. Anyone have a ball park on what the going rate for an apartment is like? Answer

A: I would contact a local realtor. The rate is really going to depend upon what you are looking for. Do you want local housing in a local neighborhood far away from all the tourism areas? That is much cheaper than an apartment near the town.
