Q: We leave in the United States but we are not citizen we are resident and I have my passport from Nicaragua and my Friends are Cuban in the same situation...Now my question is do we need a visa to go Turks and Caicos Islands? Answer

A: Let start with you. With a Nicaraguan passport you are fine to enter Turks with just your passport. Rules are more strict about entering the US, so make sure you have what you need to return to the US. For a Cuban, you need to contact your nearest British Embassy about entry into Turks. You might need a visa. Again, getting back might be the bigger challenge.
