Sublime Villa is located in the upscale exclusive community of Silly Creek Estates and Marina in the southwest portion of Providenciales, Turks and Caicos Islands. This fabulous 4000 sq ft property offers magnificent ocean views from every vantage point.
Because this vacation villa is perched on the highest point in Silly Creek it provides a crow‘s nest view of both the ocean, looking out over the south shore on one side and Silly Creek, an inland bay, on the other. The sunsets from this part of Providenciales are truly “sublime”.

Its large bathroom has a walk-in shower stall, two sink vanities, separate WC and Jacuzzi tub with large picture window overlooking the Silly Creek waters.
The Den : A separate study with desk, chair and luxurious appointments, featuring two large convertible twin sofa beds, sleeping 2.
Guest Rooms: In the wing opposite the Master Bedroom, two guest rooms each with private bathrooms, Queen beds, one facing Oceanside with outlook balcony, the other facing Silly Creek.
The house opens up to a secluded terrace with infinity pool.
A pathway leads from the house down to the ocean where a cave like entrance leads you into the clear turquoise blue waters.
