A true Caribbean jewel, Blue Waters villa, located in the exclusive development known as Silly Creek Estate on the southwestern shores of Providenciales, has three bedrooms with ensuite baths. Incredibly situated, walk down the stairs from the covered verandah to step into the crystal-clear, turquoise-blue waters of the Caribbean Sea. Blue Waters boasts breathtaking ocean views, 100’ of private beach, and an entertaining blowhole that spouts at high tide.

The inside of this well appointed and lavishly furnished property is home to a great room, consisting of the living room, dining room and kitchen (with breakfast bar) and three bedrooms. The two bedrooms on the upper floor are situated on either side of the great room, providing privacy. These two king-bedrooms are mirror images of one another, each with an ensuite bathroom and air conditioning. The third bedroom, on the ground floor level, is accessed from the outside patio. It is equipped with two extra-long twin beds (that can be dressed as a king), an ensuite bathroom and air conditioning. A large window provides a magnificent view of the ocean.

Also on the lower level, and accessed through a separate entryway, is a lounging room equipped with a 7’ pool table, TV, DVD, and an IPod docking station with speakers.

From the great room, stroll out to the covered veranda for your morning cup of coffee, evening cocktail, or enjoy an alfresco meal under the stars. The views will never cease to impress and the sunsets are truly something to ‘write home’ about.

A few steps down from the outside veranda and you are on the large lower deck and swimming pool area. The kidney shaped pool is approximately 32’ long and 16‘ wide. This expansive pool deck provides ample room for sunbathing and family fun. The BBQ area is also located on this level.

A short stroll from the pool deck leads to your own expanse of TCI’s famed white sandy beach, which runs adjacent to the shoreline for approximately 100 feet. From the pool deck there is a very easy entryway into the ocean. And if you wait for high tide, you will enjoy watching the blowhole spout!
