Take a refreshing dip in your own private pool... or step down into the crystal clear waters of the Caribbean below. The ocean is calm and shallow (about waist-high) in front of the villa... perfect for playing, swimming, and snorkeling. And the sugar white sand of secluded Taylor Bay Beach is just a short four minute stroll away.

Enjoy relaxed conversation from Sunset Point�s spacious living and dining area. The living room features Cable TV & a multi-disc CD stereo-system. The inviting master bedroom suite is located on the upper story of the main house. Open the shades on the suite's gallery window, and you're rewarded with an unrivalled view of the ocean!

On the ground level, leading to the pool deck, the family/game room features a brand new 39-inch Toshiba television, Sony Playstation 2, a combo DVD/VCR player, sleeper sofa, full-sized ping pong table, and plenty of board games for your entertainment.

The adjoining wing of the villa, connected by covered decks, includes three bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms and large private balconies. The oversized and airy first floor bedroom suite includes a loft level with futon bed.
Sunset Point Villa also boasts a modern gourmet kitchen, as well as outdoor BBQ grill. There is Internet access available and long distance capability. Use of the tennis courts at closeby Taylor Bay comes complimentary with the villa rental. Or hit the links on the championship 18 hole golf course at Provo Golf and Country Club.
