Footprints On The Beach Villa is located on the main island of Providenciales. The world famous Grace Bay is a 12 mile ''smile'' of perfect sand, and the villa is located at the eastern end on a section of beach called Pelican Beach, in the peaceful gated Leeward residential area (no hotels, just private homes). The house is in the most exclusive address, Flamingo Lane, neighboured only by a few similar large homes.
Completed June 2007, this brand new contemporary mansion sits directly on Grace Bay, the world's best beach (as voted at the World Travel Awards 2006). Privately set on an acre of tropical grounds, the house enjoys 100 feet of stunning Grace Bay beach frontage and a private pool. Every room enjoys breathtaking westerly ocean views, with two en suites having ocean facing bath tubs!
A large outdoor summer lounge is a unique feature, bedecked with Dedon furniture, as is the sunset deck on the beach edge. With an amazing Italian Astor Cucini kitchen, Philip Starck sanitary ware, glass-walled dining room and media lounge (surround sound TV), this is the best in luxurious beach living. Better still, the house comes with a brand new Hummer H2 car to cruise to the island attractions (available under separate contract).

Villa Notes:
The villa is suitable for the elderly or handicapped and is wheelchair accessible. Footprints in the Sand, in fact, was designed with this in mind.
Air-conditioning is free up to a weekly value of $150. Thereafter, the usage will be deducted from your damage deposit.
During the months of August, September and October, a 5-night minimum will be accepted.
All guests have the option to utilize the private 2006 Hummer H2, in gleaming white with leather trim and all the extras. A separate booking is required (not included in the standard accommodation rates.) Drivers must be over 25 years of age, have a full and clean license. Full insurance must be taken at the time of booking ($1000 per week.) For details, please inquire.
