Aqua Pulchra Villa is a superb 4 bedroom rental villa located on the southern shores of Providenciales in the Turks and Caicos Islands. Situated on Chalk Sound, an inland lagoon and nature reserve, every room provides stunning views of the "magnificent waters" after which the villa is aptly named.

This is not just a rental property -- it is a home reflected in the unique warm and welcoming ambience throughout. The feeling is an eclectic mix of Mexican and Carribean styles. Vibrant stucco exteriors, terracotta floors and hand painted tiles combine with teak, rattan furnishings and a sprinkling of antique European funiture and detail to create a tranquil hideaway for your enjoyment.

The central point of the villa is the spacious open plan kitchen, dining and living area. A series of French Doors to the front reveals a panorama of turquoise water reflected in the villa's infinity edge pool.

On either side of this central area the villa spreads out into two wings, providing ample space and privacy for its occupants. To one side you will find the media room with plasma TV, DVD player and BOSE surround sound system. The sound system extends to the living area and outside main patio, if wanted. Each area can be operated independently. A mix of both traditional and quirky furnishings make this an ideal spot to enjoy your favourite satellite TV programs or listen to music.

To the left of the media room you will find two of the four bedrooms and two bathrooms, one with large walk in shower. There is also a separate powder room. Each bedroom is bright and airy and opens onto the pool deck with views of the water beyond. One bedroom features twin beds while the other has a king size bed and en suite bathroom with tub.

On the opposite side of the villa you will find the library area - a quiet space to sit and enjoy the numerous and interesting books provided. Look up and you will see a model replica of a second world war RAF sea plane flying from the ceiling above you!

The remaining two bedrooms are contained in this wing also. While one features two twin beds, the other -- typically referred to as the master suite -- contains a sumptuous canopied four-poster with plasma TV, sitting area and private patio overlooking the pool. These bedrooms share a large shower room and separate toilet room.

Outside the villa you will find abundant space to soak up the sun on the chaises or dine al fresco under the stars. The large infinity-edge pool has the benefit of solar heating to provide the perfect temperature for your swim no matter what the time of day! From the pool deck, meander along a series of paths and steps down to the waters edge where you will find your own private dock for relaxing, or exploring the crystal clear water of Chalk Sound. The soft white coral sand bottom reflects the sky, making the calm, shallow water seem the brightest shade of turquoise.

The sandy beach at Taylor Bay is under 5 minutes away by car. This beautiful sheltered bay is one of the best kept secrets on the island. There are seldom more than a handful of people enjoying its seclusion and it is the ideal spot for small children to paddle. The north coast beaches and snorkeling spots are under 20 minutes away by car as is the best stocked grocery store on the island and a host of great restaurants. Exploring all that Providenciales has to offer is within easy reach of the villa, but you may never want to leave!

Villa Notes:
Aqua Pulchra Villa has central air conditioning for your comfort, although its waterside location provides for an almost constant breeze. A separate utility area with washer and dryer is located in the garage area on the ground floor. Easy access is provided either by an elevator or stairs to the front of the villa.
