Description:

Bahia Mar Villa is a lovely 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom private beachfront villa, located on the white sands of Taylor Bay Beach (Southwest Side of Providenciales in Sunset Bay). Bahia Mar Villa is truly a wonderful choice when renting in the Caribbean. You'll enjoy breathtaking sunsets and cool ocean breezes whether on the beach or next to your private swimming pool.

Bahia Mar Villa is a two-story structure with many unique features including hardwood floors and customized cabinetry. Furnishings are Colonial Caribbean, and the home is well equipped with all modern appliances (including an oversized refrigerator).

The first floor consists of a kitchen, dining room, living room and one bedroom with ensuite bathroom. Sliding glass doors that run the length of the house open up to a grand view of the ocean. The first floor rooms open onto a large 50� screened porch, which opens to the pool and 60� pool deck.

Three of the four bedrooms are on the second level. All of these open up to a balcony which runs the length of the house and overlooks the beach and the ocean beyond. Each bedroom has it�s own TV and is air-conditioned.

Bahia Mar Villa is an ideal place to take the whole family on a vacation.

Villa Notes:
The villa has DSL internet access which is free of charge to guests but you need to bring your own laptop. Air conditioning is separately metered and charged back to the client at cost. Weber gas grill. There is a fitted sheet for the crib only. Guests are encouraged to bring their own linens for the crib as everyone has different preferences. There are beach towels and beach chairs at the villa.
