Avalon Villa is one of the most stunning villas you are likely to find anywhere in the Caribbean. Rising up from the powder white sand of Grace Bay beach, it appears as a sandcastle, complete with tower and turret. Built with luxury in mind, the design of the house makes the most of the wonderful tropical environment and climate.

From the moment you enter through the custom made gates all you will see is an expanse of ocean reflected in the enormous infinity-edge pool, complete with mini waterfall. Shades of turquoise are contrasted against the creamy tones of the travertine marble pool deck and patio areas. Hibiscus, Bouganvillea and Bird Of Paradise flowers provide vibrant splashes of color throughout.

This outstanding villa boasts 4 large air-conditioned bedrooms, each with en suite bathrooms, all finished with travertine, granite and marble. Each has a TV, DVD player, lots of closet space, large walk-in showers and double vanities. Furnished in the highest quality, each takes on its own character and ranges from traditional Caribbean style with palm tree-topped poster beds, to an eclectic mix of antique oriental and traditional Mission style. The Master suite, located in its own pod-like structure next to the pool, is both elegant and romantic. A King size four poster bed dominates the center of the room and is situated on a raised platform. Louvered doors provide an almost 360 degree view of the pool and the ocean beyond. A large dressing room area is complete with double vanities, a wall of mirrors and a large walk in closet. Step through to the private bathroom where you will find a roll top tub complete with picture windows overlooking the sand dunes and the turquoise waters of Grace Bay. Or if you prefer to be at one with nature, step through to your own outdoor shower for two, complete with double shower heads and glass block for privacy. The master suite also boasts a large plasma TV with satellite service and a DVD player.

The air-conditioned family room overlooks the pool deck and is accessed via stairs from the pool patio or through the circular turret stairway. A large wall of pocket doors slides back to provide one of the best views on the island and allow for the trade winds to gently cool you. Bright tropical furnishings mix with antique pieces to provide a feel which is both stylish and homey at the same time. A 50" plasma TV with satellite service, DVD player, DVD library and Home Theatre surround sound will provide even the hardiest entertainment buff with plenty to do. Or why not just put your feet up on the chaise and enjoy a good book! From the family room step through to the open air dining room. This is surely one of the most spectacular places to dine on the island, providing views of the ocean to the front and Turtle Cove Marina to the rear. The custom made mosaic topped dining table comfortably seats eight. A massive iron chandelier is the central feature of the room and provides just the right amount of lighting at any time. Eating Al Fresco will never have the same meaning again once you've experienced the open air dining room at Avalon Villa!

Adjacent to the dining area is the large and airy kitchen. Again, pocket sliding doors allow you to bring the outside in and access the pool in a matter of seconds. Top of the range stainless steel appliances provide for every modern comfort. The granite topped central island seats six and is the perfect spot for morning coffee. Or if you prefer to cook over an open fire why not give the open air kitchen a try! The thatched pool-side gazebo comes complete with GE Monogram stainless steel gas grill, fridge and ice maker. With fans, uplighters, spot lights and speakers connected to the villa's sound system, it's the perfect place to dine and entertain in the evening. With swivel topped bar stools and even a swim-up bar area, there's plenty of room for everyone!

Located on one of the best beaches in the world and with top class snorkeling just a few feet from shore, Avalon Villa is surely the jewel in the crown of the Turks and Caicos Islands.
