Description:
Paprika Villa offers classical grandeur and tropical flair in a prime beachfront setting. Located in Provo, Turks and Caicos, this lovely property is a classical manor house but just completed in 2005. This magnificent vacation villa is luxuriously appointed with all modern luxuries and conveniences. Located on the much sought after western, residential end of Grace Bay Beach in the Turtle Cove area of Providenciales, Paprika Villa is within easy walking distance of good restaurants and the marina which offers fishing, diving, tours and some limited shopping.
The villa is almost completely surrounded by lush and colorful landscaping, and pool terraces are enclosed by an iron railing, making the home more child-friendly. Paprika Villa has a very large freshwater pool, a separate kiddie's pool, gazebo, folly and a large coral stone tiled terrace. The coral stone's light, natural color keeps it from getting too hot for your feet and its natural texture provides a non-slip surface where you will find yourself walking atop interesting, million-year-old fossils. The folly contains a propane BBQ grill for casual delights and also a bar. Enjoy lovely ocean views from just about every corner in and around Paprika Villa.
Inside, the living room is artfully designed with marble floors, arched doorways and a beamed ceiling, and the sitting area comprises comfortable and tasteful furnishings. The living room provides some very distinct contrasts with an exceptionally large, state of the art, 55 inch flat panel TV which is decently concealed in an antique French armoire.
The dining area has tasteful, rustic charm and the large hardwood dining table comfortably seats 10 people. If required, an additional table can seat 4 more people. Paprika Villa's terraces provide generous space and seating should you prefer to dine alfresco. The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped with all modern appliances. But when you prefer to dine out, Paprika Villa is within walking distance of 6 restaurants.
The villa is comprised of 5 luxurious master bedrooms--3 with a king size bed and 2 with 2 king size beds. Each bedroom is individually decorated and equipped with a 33 channel cable TV, ensuite bathroom with double vanity, walk-in closet and large French doors which open onto a private deck with glorious views of the pool, terraces, gardens, beach and ocean.
Villa Note:
The sixth bathroom is a separate maid's bathroom. Villa is equipped with a small kiddie pool, in addition to the main freshwater pool. 2 laundry rooms, each with washer and dryer. An additional dining table can seat 4 more people, in addition to the larger dining area, which seats 10.
Paprika Villa is within walking distance of 6 different restaurants.
Full-time island management staff is on hand to answer any questions and assist with any optional arrangements or reservations such as restaurants, fishing, sailing, tours, chef, etc.
