Stonecrest Villa is an oceanfront estate offering luxury on a grand scale. Stonecrest Villa, with a name that aptly applies, has a façade of multi-thousands of hand cut individual stones. This grand villa, appearing to have stood for ages, was built in 1997, incorporating numerous amenities of the latest technology to ensure your luxurious personal comfort. The home, with magnificent views of the sea from each and every room, has 5 master bedrooms, each opening on to a deck, with each bedroom having its own bath. In addition to the distinctive graciousness you will find throughout this villa, you can also enjoy generous deck space, both covered and uncovered. Sweeping views of sparkling blue waters await you from every room at Stonecrest Villa. Here, the sea, filling and receding with the gentle tides of Taylor Bay, provides you with an ever-changing coastal landscape capturing the entire palette from blue to pale turquoise.

The fresh-water pool at Villa Stonecrest offers you sun, shade, privacy, and fantastic views! The beach at Ocean Point provides shallow waters a great distance out, safe and fun for young children, and a delight for adults as well. The bay, ringed almost entirely by a ribbon of sugar white sand, provides a restful symphony as waves lap the sandbars and shallows which are sometimes exposed at low tide. Here it is not uncommon to see a graceful heron or egret wading in the shallow areas with an occasional osprey or gull gliding overhead. When you walk this secluded, sugar white-sand beach, you will almost always find the only footprints in the sand to be your own. (For many, the beach is the highlight of their trip!)

Stonecrest Villa has a spacious and comfortable living room with 33 channel cable TV, VCR and a six disc carousel CD player. There's also a washer, dryer, fax, hammock, BBQ grill and much, much more for your comfort, pleasure and relaxation. The furnishings at are all high quality, tasteful, interesting, and eclectic.

The dining table at Stonecrest Villa seats eight, with an adjoining table seating four. There is also a poolside table and chairs for alfresco dining. The pleasant and well-equipped kitchen at Stonecrest Villa offers you all modern conveniences.

Each of the 5 bedrooms opens to a private deck overlooking the pool and the sea. Each bedroom has a 33 channel TV, and each bedroom has its own, large en-suite bathroom. Natural materials were used extensively for furnishings and decoration.

Villa Notes:
Full-time island management staff is on hand to answer any questions and assist with any optional arrangements or reservations such as restaurants, fishing, sailing, tours, chef, etc.

The air conditioning is metered in order to discourage use with the doors and windows open. It is not expensive if used judiciously and you are not charged for the first $150 per week in usage, after which there is a charge of 28 cents per kilowatt hour. There is a separate, easy to read, digital AC meter in the hallway where you may monitor AC usage if you wish. There are 6 separate air conditioning systems in this villa, so you only need to cool certain parts as needed.

If you wish to play tennis, feel free to use any of the racquets in the house. Walk five minutes and you will be on the courts, with no fees for you to pay.
