 most beautiful beach in the world |

Never have I seen such an amazing beach. The water looks like pool water it is so clear. The weather was unbeleivable and Club Med had EVERYTHING to offer. They had music every night, a huge buffet of food (not a gross buffet, but actually really yummy food), sailing lessons and once you learn you could take your own catamaran out. We did a trip to a remote island with them one day that is also FREE if you are staying there and got to explore Iguana Cay which is beautiful too. If you want to stay somewhere where they know how to have fun and make your trip both romantic and adventurous, this is the place to go. I will say it again, there will never be a prettier beach you will see! We got an insane deal on our trip too because we booked through www.thetravelmerchant.com, they are so great at getting you everything you want included in your trip to make it perfect. |

The staff was incredible - especially ZsaZsa - whom was always there. She absolutely went out of her way to make sure that everything we needed, we had - and that we were completely satisfied. She made our vacation. The bartenders were great. They kept the drinks flowing and remembered what we wanted at all times. The cleaning staff was great, and cleaned our rooms twice a day. It was worth every single penny I spent. I will be back - without a doubt. |

I have traveled to at least a dozen islands, and Turks and Caicos and the Somerset heads our list. We encountered friendly staff, great service and a most beautiful environment. The suites were immaculate with the highest of finishes, stunning architecture and well layed out grounds and pools. They had the most comfortable beach loungers and excellent beach service. We have already made return reservations. It was a fabulous, relaxing vacation that exceeded our expectations. |

We had heard that 'this is the safest island in the Caribbean'. But please be cautious. When my husband and I arrived for our honeymoon, we asked several staff members whether or not it was okay/safe to walk in Grace Bay. Most staff said "Yes- you can" and one said "If your lady is looking nice, she probably won't want to walk". None of these statements cautioned us to the possible danger awaiting us. On Friday evening, our last night in Turks and Caicos, my husband and I ate dinner at Coco Bistro, and walked to the Port of Call. Around 11:00, we were nearly to The Regent Palms, on foot, when an older SUV pulled behind us, on the wrong side of the road, and two men demanded our money and wallets! With dangerously intimidating knives, my purse was stolen, within 25 feet to the entrance to The Regent Palms hotel. Security officers and local police did speak with us, and we gave several witness statements. No one has been apprehended in the case, however. We wish we would have known this information before taking our honeymoon in Turks and Caicos. Unfortunately, the beautiful beaches and gorgeous hotel have been overshadowed by this truly shocking and terribly upsetting incident. |
