The former Morning Glory has a new owner Anna Casador, who has given the cafe a New England flavor. It has built up a loyal following of residents and return tourists. There is a new focus on homemade pastries, as Anna makes wedding cakes for the Buccaneer and Carambola resorts. In Caribbean colors of purple and sunflower yellow, the cafe remains a popular place for breakfast, offering the likes of bacon and egg on a flaky croissant. For lunch, rub elbows with the locals who come on a routine basis for the turkey clubs and juicy hamburgers. Located at the Gallows Bay Market Place in Christiansted, Anna's a great place for a light fare. For lunch, choose a wrap or sandwich filled with veggies, cheeses, and sliced meats.
