A: Gov Juan Luis Hospital is on the island of St. Croix, but you are better off being shot and buried at sea than seeking medical attention there! Go to St. Thomas, or better off Miami!

A: There is a hospital on St. Thomas. Next larger one would be Puerto Rico.
