Description
Lavishly furnished in wickers, pastels and island artwork, this two-level spacious villa is a designer's dream! Set cliffside above the Atlantic Ocean with a panoramic down-island view to catch our tradewinds, yet just a few minutes' drive to the beach and golf.
Allure has three air-conditioned master suites with king beds and private verandahs, all facing the ocean; one is on the upper level off the Great Room, and the other two are on the lower pool, hot tub and sun deck level, via an interior staircase. The lap pool is a generous 32 feet and its deck overlooks the ocean with crashing waves below...dramatic and relaxing.
Additional Amenities
2 cable TVs a 37-inch TV + DVD player in Great Room, + a 26-inch flat-screen TV in master suite, A/C in all bedrooms (AND A/C will be added to the Great Room in fall, 2008 - please inquire about dates!), DSL line for your laptop, gas grill, beach cooler, trash collection twice per week, water filter system; manual security gate at front door's entry portico.
Villa Note:
Allure requires a 7 night reservation all year long (except for Xmas/New Year's, when the minimum rental is 10 nights.)
Allure will offer a special 10 per cent discount to all couples (2 persons using 1 bedroom) IF you rent Allure 14 nights or longer.
