Recently remodeled and fully air-conditioned with contemporary island decor, Sand Dollar Estate has always delighted its guests, from celebrities to U.S. Presidents. The upper entry level opens to two spacious and lavishly-furnished king bedrooms, each with its own luxurious bathroom, indoor and outdoor showers, and an alcove with sofabeds perfect for small children.

A few steps below is the main level with a large open kitchen, formal dining area, sumptuous living area, a third bedroom (queen) suite and an open-air breakfast nook. The main level opens to a short flight of stairs down to the expansive pool level and its three air-conditioned bedroom suites, each with its own separate bath and sitting area. The entire pool level can function as a living area separate from the main villa above; its adjoining bedrooms work perfectly for families with small children or for guests who require assistance. The pool area features a sun deck, pool, hot tub, gazebo and a large alfresco dining area equipped with a professional gas grill and sink.

Off the pool area, stairs cascade down approximately 35 feet to the magnificent white sand beach below, the true crown jewel of Sand Dollar. Whether you're into snorkeling, fishing, beachcombing, or just dangling your feet in the warm Caribbean waters, Sand Dollar Estate is the luxury vacation of a lifetime. Surround yourself with the best of nature as you watch pelicans dive and stingrays vacuum the ocean's floor. Very secluded, and secure with an electronically-gated entry.

Just next door is LITTLE SAND DOLLAR, a 1400-square-foot stone cottage with a stairway down to its own private white sand beach, apart from Sand Dollar's white sand pocket beach. It's fully air-conditioned and offers a well-equipped kitchen, 1-1/2 bedrooms, and a covered verandah overlooking Magens Bay. Originally designed as an artist's studio, Little Sand Dollar is perfect for newlyweds, teenagers or a small family. LITTLE SAND DOLLAR IS ONLY AVAILABLE WHEN RENTED IN ADDITION TO SAND DOLLAR VILLA NEXT DOOR - LITTLE SAND DOLLAR IS NEVER RENTED ALONE TO ANOTHER PARTY! Water activities are available to guests for additional fees and with advance notice: Scuba diving lessons, snorkeling lessons, parasailing, and a 2003 28' twin-diesel custom Carolina Classic sportfisherman with a captain, which takes 6 persons, for cruising the islands or fishing for marlin, tuna, dolphin and wahoo - please inquire for full details and rates - we can make arrangements for these special services and gear for your vacation at Sand Dollar Estate - you can even be picked up at your own beach below Sand Dollar!

Rental Notes
Walter and Bob, your full-time Sand Dollar staff, are available and just a cell phone call away for any assistance required. Optional daily maid service is available at a special rate...please inquire.

1 to 12 guests will have the use of Sand Dollar's main level AND pool level suites (6 bedrooms total). You may add the use of a sofabed, and/or foldout twin sofabed in bedroom alcoves/sitting areas for $100 per person, per night, in any of Sand Dollar Estate's bedrooms which offer these additional sleeping accommodations. When you pay the rate for 13 or more persons, you then may have the use of Little Sand Dollar (1 bedrooom, + twin daybed in half bedroom plus 1 full-size air bed) in addition to Sand Dollar's 6 bedrooms.

LITTLE SAND DOLLAR IS ONLY AVAILABLE WHEN RENTED IN ADDITION TO SAND DOLLAR VILLA NEXT DOOR - LITTLE SAND DOLLAR IS NEVER RENTED SEPARATELY TO ANOTHER PARTY.

A 7-night minimum rental is required for Sand Dollar and Little Sand Dollar all year around.
