Crushed coral and stone beach on property - walkable with water shoes for 1/2 mile in each direction and the swimming is very accessible with wonderful live coral reefs right close to the shoreline for great snorkelling. The shell collecting on the beach is a highlight. Secret Harbour Beach plus 3 more white sand beaches nearby (3 - 5 minutes by car). Can also walk to the Ritz Carlton beach within 10 minutes. |

Description
Behind an electronic gate and set right on the edge of the sea, this sublime and fully air-conditioned five-bedroom villa offers lots of space in a spectacular garden setting. Edged by its own rock and coral beach on turquoise Great Bay and just down the shoreline from The Ritz-Carlton, this beautifully landscaped private estate offers three air-conditioned bedrooms and two baths in its light and airy upper level, placed on either side of the spacious Great Room with its cathedral ceilings.
The air-conditioned Great Room features colorful artwork, an open-plan kitchen, relaxed seating with dining and entertainment areas, and opens onto a covered shady verandah for alfresco dining, yacht-watching or reading. Two more air-conditioned one-bedroom/bath apartment suites are set poolside below on the garden level.
Beautiful Caribbean gardens, vivid with island flowers, are enhanced by sculpture, the sunny pool, an open-air gazebo and a fountain and lily pond which complement this villa's tropical setting. A short walkway leads to the coral and stone shoreline and blue ocean's edge - fabulous snorkeling on live reefs awaits you just outside your door (bring your reef shoes!), or you can walk down the shoreline to The Ritz-Carlton's lovely white sand beach.
This fully-screened villa is the perfect locale for a memorable vacation in the sun for family and friends. Casa Bougainvillea may also be rented along with with Sea Star, just next door, to accommodate up to 24 persons (see information on this web site).
Villa Notes:
A DSL line with wi-fi is available in the villa, so you may bring your laptop and use it at Casa Bougainvillea.
The owners of the villa added a 12 x 20-foot "sand box" near the ocean's edge so you can relax and sunbathe "on a sandy beach!
