AWESOME Beautiful Stunning Visited: July 2009 Posted by designsb94 My husband and I just got married at Silk Cotton Villa July 27, 2009. We brought 8 other guests. We all had the time of our lives! The look on everyone's faces when they walked into the villa was priceless! Constantly, someone was saying how much they loved the villa and the views! Our wedding photos are a dream-come-true! No one back home can believe that the background was real!!!!! The owners are the PERFECT hosts! They made us feel so special from the very first initiation of contact to our final good-bye at the villa! Hospitality and kindness abound to make our stay and our wedding perfect. Words cannot express how beautiful and fun the Silk Cotton is. I will have the memories of this trip forever etched in my heart!! A must stay place!!!!!! Visited: August 2006 Posted by dbn_family Nine of us, including two small children (7 and 8), enjoyed a week at Silk Cotton. The pool was adjacent to the Great room which made it great for families with children because it was easy to watch them. The villa had a stunning view and was also close to town and all tourist areas. Only the bedrooms had AC, but the island breezes kept the main living and eating area very comfortable. The onsite staff was most helpful. Be aware that the tile floors inside and out will be very slippery when wet. It will shower almost every night. Visited: July 2006 Posted by janeandtodd We held our small and intimate wedding ceremony and dinner party here at Silk Cotton. Everything was perfect - from the moment we walked in the door, to the moment we regrettably had to leave. We spent one week in paradise, and we were very sad to see it come to an end. Our hosts were helpful and gracious in every aspect. They even helped us with an evening BBQ. They went out of their way to make us feel at home. Our ceremony and party went off beautifully and without a hitch, thanks to the fantastic coordinator and caterer recommended by the owners of Silk Cotton. The views here were absolutely stunning. What a backdrop for our memorable photos. The rest of Silk Cotton was pretty spectacular, too! Everyone raved about the place. We are still talking about it almost a year later. We wanted for nothing the whole week. Everything was there for us. We are planning a return trip for our five-year anniversary. Thanks to everyone at Silk Cotton! We spent a wonderful week in the villa with our family and friends, and the villa was laid out perfectly for a wedding. Our 45 guests raved of the villa and the view. Visited: May 2005 Posted by jcoupland This was the perfect place to celebrate our 30th anniversary with family. The property was located in an ideal position overlooking Charlotte Amalie, with a large deck and pool. It was very open and airy. They also had all amenities and more. Early morning and late afternoon was ideal to watch boats, planes, the sunset and just relax. It was also close enough to town, but high enough to avoid noise. Visited: June 2004 Posted by cmusalimadugu We were nervous to book, sight-unseen. But we took the leap of faith, based on the online photos and our wedding planner's "go-ahead". Silk Cotton Villa was way more beautiful than the photos portrayed! We fell in love and had the perfect, 60-guest wedding! I couldn't have wished for better. The villa was incredible, the owners were more than honest, and the staff took care of our every need and whim. Also, the view was beyond amazing. You absolutely will not be disappointed! The place was wondeful had everything we needed. Visited: March 2001 Posted by CACCspeedy Silk Cotton is a beautiful villa to stay at while visiting St. Thomas. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The villa had everything we needed including our own pool. It was a very relaxing atmosphere, especially with the central focus of the house on the harbor.
