This beautiful oceanfront Villa beckons you with gracious island furnishings in bright tropical hues, ocean breezes and the magical sound of waves breaking on the shore just steps away.
The front door opens to reveal a large great room, which offers a lovely area for dining; a great room with soft cushioned chairs and loveseats, along with a large screen TV, DVD, and CD player. Also in this area is a 2 desk office with internet connection, fax machine and printer.
The Master and Guest bedroom, as well as the living room all have French doors that open onto the pool deck
Just 3 steps down from this deck, is a spacious patio made of natural coral; this has overstuffed furniture for relaxing and a gas grill.
Follow the path nearby to a separate, private Guest bedroom and bath below the main house. This level offers a private patio facing the sea; and access to the beach is just a few steps down through your private gate. On this tier, guest also have a room with 2 washers and dryers, a refrigerator and small sink.
There is an additional large patio in front of the house, which is secluded from the road by a private fence. Premiere diving and Golf are minutes away.
