This popular property provides the drama of endless ocean views from its spectacular cliffside spot. Built on three levels overlooking a rocky cove with whispering surf, Casa Bella is superbly executed with a pleasing floorplan, and is fully air-conditioned.

A moongate ushers you into a garden courtyard, leading to the handsome exotic-wood entrance door. Casa Bella's main level offers the Great Room with warm cypress ceilings and arches sharing space with the dining area and kitchen; glass sliding doors open to a balcony overlooking the blue sea.

The king master suite and walk-in closet adjoins a twin bedroom via a connecting door, just perfect for smaller children who must be close to their parents. Another door leads from the master bath to the kitchen area so it can also serve as a powder room. This bedroom shares the balcony with the living areas.

A third king bedroom/bath suite is on the villa's lower level, accessed via an L-shaped interior staircase. This suite is very private and offers its own balcony overlooking the rocky coastline. The fourth bedroom, a second master suite with its own sitting room, is also on this lower level, offering a king bed which may also be converted into two twins with advance notice.

Interiors are teak and mahogany in a multi-ethnic style, enhanced by local artwork and potted plants. A scenic deck, gated for safety, accesses a staircase down to the seaside sun deck, pool and cabana. The poolside cabana offers a wet bar, mini-fridge and cable TV.

Beautiful flowering gardens, breezy tradewinds, surf sounds to relax you, and quiet privacy abound at Casa Bella.

Construction Notice:
As of spring 2009, please note that a house next door to Casa Bella is being completed. At this time, the house is 95% completed; some work remains to be done on the pool deck). BUT the owner of Casa Bella is doing the completion himself; he will NOT do any disruptive construction activity on his new house while guests are staying at Casa Bella. However, the new house can be seen from Casa Bella's upper balcony and from the pool areas. No complaints have been received from Casa Bella guests.
