Hillcrest Guest House, St. John, US Virgin Islands has six (6) vacation rental suites, 4 on the top floor and one (1) on the first floor,(Orchid Suite)and the other on the ground floor, (Peaceful Retreat).
Ocean views from four suite on the top floor and all have access to the lounge area.
All suites are air conditioned, have a private bathroom with shower and kitchenette or kitchen.
Complimentary food, snacks, liquor, drinks and free Wi-Fi are all included. Gated access.
Rates now begin at $165/day ($1000/week) plus 8% tax.
No additional cost are included. Daily, weekly, monthy and yearly rates are lovely views of the ocean and sunsets.
1. The Southern, Peaceful Retreat and Orchid Suites accommodate up to 4 people. A Queen Size Canopy Bed and Full Size Futon Bed/Couch. Southern has a Kitchenette, and the Peaceful Retreat &Orchid Suites, both have a full kitchen with a gas stove, all for cooking all your meals.
2. The Tropical Garden Suite has a queen size bed, a queen size futon and a twin folding bed and accommodates up to 4 people. A full kitchen for cooking all your meals, if you so desire. A private balcony for relaxing and taking in the heavenly views.
The Tropical Garden Suite includes cookbooks of Emeril Lagasse and Bobby Flay.
Emerils' spices and bar-b-que sauce will also be included, along with a bread maker and cappaccino maker. Has a private balcony.
3. The Front Suite accommodates up to 2 people and is known as the "Hummingbird Suite". It is also air conditioned, has a kitchenette and a complimentary menu is also included. Has a private balcony.
4. The Caribbean Ocean View Suite accommodates up to 2 people and is quite cozy. It air conditioned, kitchenette and a complimentary menu is included.

April 16-November 15-Low Season
1-2 People: $165/day or $1000/week
3-5 People: $195/day or $1100/week.
November 16 to April 15-High Season
1-2 People: $235/day or $1300/week
3-5 People: $245/day or $1400/week.
Plus 8% tax.
