The first step into the inviting foyer of Villa LaSusa offers stunning views of the formal columned great room featuring lighted niches of artwork and expansive vistas of Cinnamon Bay. Adjoining the great room is the spacious formal dining room with lighted mahogany china cabinets showcasing china , crystal, and serving ware. The LaSusa bar complete with refrigerator, ice machine, sink and enough refreshments to go around rivals any bar in the islands for pure style and luxury.
Gigantic native stone boulders excavated from the property were crafted to form natural waterfalls flowing into the pool. North Shore breezes blow the fronds of a stately date palm tree above the pool. Tile inlays of starfish, conch, and scallop shells grace the bottom of the swimming pool. Pool seats as well as coral-stone steps are perfect for lounging and admiring the breathtaking ocean views. The columned Temple of the Winds veranda, which overlooks the pool provides 3 comfortable seating areas perfect for napping, doing needlepoint, or reading a good book.

Villa LaSusa's 5 air-conditioned queen and king-sized bedroom suites are all beautifully designed yet different, each offering its own special charm and azure ocean view. Custom appointments and elegant furnishings grace the bedrooms, which offer private balconies or terraces with seating. The baths feature designer sinks complete with detailed sea life motif faucets. All baths have West Indian inlaid mosaic stone or coral showers and custom tile work.
Artisan designed stain glass windows, jacuzzis, outdoor native stone showers, wrought iron chandeliers, and wet bars are featured in some of the bedroom suites. For guests who desire to integrate intellectual work and play, the study features a wraparound mahogany desk, fax machine, mahogany cabinetry, and ample space for laptop computers and printers. The lower lawn serves as a perfect tropical setting for weddings or parties. Encompassed by elegant balustrades amid lush flowers and palm trees, the green lawn with spectacular ocean vistas will delight any bride and groom. Weddings of 50 persons or less are acceptable for an extra fee, subject to the consent of the owners and adequate supervision.
On a limited basis, a one bedroom cottage may be included with the rental of the main house, providing a 6th bedroom/ 8th bath and complete living facilities. The cottage features a large patio, living room, and kitchen upstairs and the bedroom and bath downstairs.
Villa LaSusa is designed for adult enjoyment. Strict adult supervision of any children will be expected and mandatory at all times.
