Pink Fancy - St. Croix, USVI

One of the most unique bed and breakfast style hotels in the Caribbean, Pink Fancy Hotel is a small historic inn located in downtown Christiansted, St. Croix. It is registered in the National Registry of Historical Places. The hotel offers history in a tropical setting. The oldest part of the four-building complex is a 1780 Danish townhouse. Years ago the building was a private club for wealthy planters. Fame came when Jane Gottlieb, the Ziegfeld Follies star, opened it as a hotel in 1948. In the 50s the hotel became a mecca for writers and artists attracting, among others, Noel Coward.

A few minutes further brings you to Fort Christian National Monument and the quaint ferry boat that shuttles you out to our downtown beach. You will want to explore everything.
