If your budget allows, opt for one of the dozen more expensive rooms across the courtyard from the lobby. They have French doors that open onto water views, mahogany four-poster beds, and Indonesian print spreads and drapes. The other rooms are attractive, but a bit more pedestrian. A sandy beach is just a quick ferry ride away. Fresh water pool, lounging deck for sunning and relaxing. The hotel's private marina is home to Seaborne Seaplanes with direct service to downtown St. Thomas. Lushly landscaped with local fauna and fountains.
