This was the perfect secluded honeymoon site. Visited: July 2005 |

We just got back from our honeymoon in St. Thomas, and would highly recommend Pavilions and Pools. It was private, but still close to the beach (Sapphire Resort) and to all the attractions (shopping in town or Havensight Mall, Atlantis Submarine, Sunset Sail, Paradise Point/Air Tram, etc).
We preferred to use the local taxis ($2 per person, one way) as our means of getting around. We really got to see the island of St. Thomas and how the people live.
The condo was just wonderful. It was air conditioned and clean, and the pool was "heaven." After being out all day in the heat, it was so relaxing to come "home" and have a pool to ourselves - very, very private! I also loved the "outside shower" which wasn't really outside, but felt like it was. You still had two bathroom doors if you needed privacy, but it was like a mini-sauna.
Mack was the perfect host, anytime we needed anything he was right there helping us out. Breakfast in the morning consisted of only bagels, muffins, or cereal, but it was fine for us until lunchtime.
If we ever return to St. Thomas, we would definitely book Pavilions and Pools again. |

We had a fabulous time in Paradise. We loved Pavilions and Pools... the villa, the garden shower, swimming pool, privacy, and relaxation... loved it all! I have to say that Mack & Roma, the management staff, are two of the most gracious people we ever met. They love their work and they could not do enough to make our time we spent there enjoyable. We only wish it were longer than the six days. We already miss St. Thomas. I'm certain we will return and we can't wait. |

This is the only place to stay in St. Thomas. Visited: March 2005 |

Pavilions and Pools is the only place to stay in St. Thomas. Anyone can stay in a hotel with hundreds of rooms and too many people, but Pavilions and Pools offers spacious, well appointed villas - each with its own private swimming pool and a beautiful view.
The staff greeted us like family coming home for a visit, and it was like being among old friends. We made friendships at Pavilions and Pools that will last a lifetime.
You couldn’t ask for a better location: Spectacular Sapphire Beach is a five-minute walk; there are wonderful shops and restaurants minutes away in Red Hook; the ferry to St. John is close by; and everything in Charlotte Amalie is only a fifteen-minute gypsy taxi ride away.
We have highly recommended Pavilions and Pools to several of our friends. Our visit this year was the first of many to come. |

Pavilions and Pools was great! We would relax by our private secluded pool all day and, if we wanted to hear live music, Sapphire beach was just a five-minute walk away.
The views of St. John and the BVI from our villa were spectacular, and the proximity to the ferries and the other islands was great. We’d go to St. John for sunset and dinner then return to our private pool for a romantic evening swim.
We definitely want to come back! |

We were greeted with warmth by the staff. Since the villa was equipped with a living room, dining area and kitchen, we could chose to cook in, eat at Pavilions and Pools or take a $1.00 taxi into town for local cuisine.
The king-size bed and garden shower were welcome retreats after a day in the sun. Each unit had their own pool and deck, so we could spend as much time as we wished soaking up the sun.
Sapphire Beach was gorgeous and extremely close to the villa. Pavilions and Pools was at the top of the mountain and there was always an island breeze. This was our second visit to this facility and we would return again. |

My wife and I had such a nice stay at Pavilions and Pools. It was a great way to visit beautiful St. Thomas.
After walking to the beach for the day or going to town for some shopping and great restaurants, it was wonderful to come back to the private villas and just kick back.
This is a great place to stay and enjoy a relaxing island vacation. |

We asked our travel agent for a private resort. We'd been looking for years and never found "the" place. She got five stars for finding Pavilions, and we have been back many times since our first visit several years ago.
It is small, quiet, and away from town where we can spend the day by our own private pool. There is no need to see others unless you want to venture out. The restaurants nearby get better and better every year. Sapphire Beach is close for a morning walk.
We recommend Pavillions and Pools with hesitation only because we fear others will find it as well and we won't be able to get our yearly trip here. We love the place, the staff, and the alone time. |

What a find! There was a private pool big enough to swim in with an "au naturale" privacy that would be three times the price elsewhere. With a friendly staff and lovely but small grounds, who needs a beach, even if Sapphire is only next door. We loved it and will recommend to our friends. |
