You can snorkel from property to Hull Bay in about 15 minutes or walk down the hill in about 10 minutes; Megan's Bay Beach 10 minutes by car

Description:

Private home nestled in lush greenery on the north shore of St. Thomas within walking distance of Hull Bay Beach. Oceanfront with fabulous views and the sound of the surf. Private one bedroom unit with queen bedding, living room, full kitchen and bath. One bedroom has a full veranda for alfresco dining or a gathering spot for conversation or games. Also offer a studio unit with king bedding, small kitchen, and bath. Studio has a small balcony with two chairs and a table for enjoying the views and watching the pelicans feed. Property is comprised of two buildings (rentals and the owner's cottage) and a fresh water pool. We have a private stairway to the ocean to allow guests access to the water for snorkeling some of the best reef on the island. There is also an oceanfront deck for guests to enjoy. Gas grill is provided for cookouts and full kitchen amenities for cooking at home. We provide all linens, utensils, beach towels, snorkel gear, beach chairs.
