Inspired by British Colonial design, Tess Villa is situated on approximately .78 acres, boasts over 2,000 square feet of outdoor living space and 4,894 square feet under roof with 5 bedrooms and 5.5 baths. Located in Rendezvous/Ditliff, gorgeous views of the ocean, Hart Bay, Monte Bay, Klein Bay, Fish Bay, Reef Bay and the island of St. Croix are enjoyed throughout Tess Villa as well as all-day sun.

Cypress ceilings with mahogany rafters, Italian tile flooring, large oriental rugs with oversized bamboo sofa and chair for relaxing or watching TV (36" Panasonic plasma, complete with CD/DVD players) for your viewing and listening pleasure. The gourmet kitchen features custom made Cherry Cabinetry, bar seating, Venetian granite countertops, stainless steel double oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, counter top range, microwave and all minor appliances. A large walk-in pantry, walk-in wet bar with wine cooler and beautiful mahogany dining table with seating for ten complete the picture. Exterior finish of native blue stone with custom mahogany doors make this a classic Caribbean style home.

The fifth bedroom, below the pool, is a studio with 2 twin beds, full kitchen, private bath, 19" plasma TV with Cable, DVD, and CD players.

The master suite and four guest suites are in the main house, making this an ideal home for families with small children. The Master Suite boasts a queen size mahogany sleigh bed with three drawer dresser, desk and chair. A ceiling fan with two double mahogany doors open up to the large private balcony with outside seating or lounging. A/C, private bath and large walk in closet finish of the master suite. The Master Bedroom balcony boasts Brown Jordan chairs and chaise lounges. The guest suite adjacent to the master bedroom features a stately queen size mahogany four poster bed. This suite has private bath with a half moon shaped coral stone shower with two arched windows to take in the fabulous ocean view. It is also equipped with a large walk in closet with safe for all your personal affects as well as A/C and a ceiling fan. A private outside balcony with a large comfortable chair to read a book or gaze at the thousands of glorious stars is here.

The pool gazebo features bar seating, a commercial 4 burner Bull BBQ, blender, ice maker and sink, perfect for whipping up a tasty frozen treat!
